Choose your favorite: Click on the name you prefer between the two shown.
Scoring: The winning name gets a point and stays for the next round against a new challenger.
Remove names: Click "🗑️ Remove Both" if you don't like either name - both will be permanently removed from the game.
Undo mistakes: After removing names, an "↩️ Undo" button appears for 8 seconds, allowing you to reverse accidental removals.
Auto-switching: The game alternates between boy and girl names every 5 rounds (in "Both" mode).
Rankings: Click "Show Rankings" to see which names are winning.
Settings: Customize your experience with different name lists, game modes, and more.

Click the ⚙️ icon in the top-right to access more options:

Game Mode: Choose to see only boys' names, only girls' names, or both.
Dataset: Switch between different name lists, like the top names from 1996 or 2023.
Name Variations: Choose whether to include different spellings (like "Catherine" and "Katherine") or stick to just the main spelling of each name.
Region Filter: Filter names by ethnic origin - useful if you want to focus on names from specific cultures or regions.
Number of Names: Use the slider to decide how many names you want to play with, from the top 50 to all the names in the selected set.
Sound Effects: Turn audio feedback on or off.
Export/Import: Save your progress to a file. This is perfect for backing up your rankings or moving them to another browser or computer.

Your rankings are saved automatically in this browser. For extra peace of mind, use the Export feature in the settings to create a backup.
